- Stewart Garmey Added March 25, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆My wife sent this organisation a very polite and professionally prepared presentation offering her employment services as a fully qualified aged carer. The response was her letter "return to sender" with a note scrawled on the back of the envelope "sorry we (sic) not accept any paper application, please apply online at ...". This level of unprofessional and impolite conduct astounds us and we hope they care for their residents in a more compassionate manner. This may well be their policy but a letter or phone call to that effect would have been more professional and acceptable. Just a disgrace.
