The appointment itself went smoothly and I felt I'd been asked the right questions for work related expenses, along with a clear indication on what I can deduct. Upon sending all required information , tax receipts etc. I have since heard back from them. Within this time I have called 5~ times, sent emails all requesting to speak to Brett however I have not had any success, each time with the receptionist saying that they will pass on the message. Very poor customer service as my tax return should have been lodged by now.
