  If you’re after a stress free property transaction, look no further. John and the team at Tick Box Conveyancing are fantastic. When I recently sold my parents home, there was a number of complex matters to overcome, one relating to a very old caveat. Add to the mix delayed responses from authorities due to covid and our situation had the potential to be extremely stressful. But not with John on the case. It was evident all the way through that he had the matter in hand and I could sit back with confidence and trust that he’d get it done – and he did! Thanks John and team – you’re amazing!
