  The potato and gravy was delicious. Hot and creamy. No other fast food chain even tries to do a potato and gravy, hats off to KFC for keeping with the potato and gravy even though it's so old school. The service was ok but it was below average. The atmosphere was shockingly bad the staff where yelling at each other while we where eating. The place seemed extremely depressing. The food was good the chicken wings were amazing but I think the chicken skin was not spicy enough and they were a bit bland. The chips where really good and well seasoned but I am a bit bias towards them because I love KFC chips, they where a bit cold. All together I loved them. The thing you are all waiting for, how was the zinger burger. To be honest it was slightly below average the chicken was not crisp at all. The mayo tasted way to cheap and overly sweat and it was way too cold
  
  All together I would avoid going here unless you are really craving some KFC

  The worst KFC ever. My partner and I had a family feast but 70% of chickens were inedible and chips were very mushy. Now we both are sick. The guy at cashier was eating something and putting his fingers in his mouth before taking an order. Disgusting place.

  The moment I walked through the doors of this KFC, I was completely blown away. I was hit by a calming scent of the fragrantly fried chicken as the breeze of the front door brushed against my shoulders. A well dressed waiter sat me down and introduced me to their gourmet menu which consisted of a range of fried products, sauces, and drinks. After half an hour of strong hard consideration, I finally settled with the national favorite Zinger Box. The moment I put the menu down, the waiter appeared at my table in an instant; not hesitating to deliver my food with the utmost care. As I opened the carefully articulated container, my eyes caught the bright golden chips, fried picture perfect. I then diverged my eyes towards the meticulously put together chicken burger, which instantly made my mouth water. The gravy was situated in a cylindrical container, sitting atop the creamy mashed potatoes. It was a perfect contrast of brown and beige, which brought not just water to my mouth but tears to my eyes. Once I was ready to take my first bite of the crispy chips, Gordan Ramsay greeted me with a bright smile. During the moment, I almost passed out. I couldn't believe internationally renowned chef Gordan Ramsay was here to experience the miracles of Moonee Ponds KFC. After a short conversation with chef Ramsay, he finally left me uninterrupted to enjoy the food. I pick up the glassy fries and sunk my teeth into them. I couldn't believe it. The fries were so crispy that it shattered the instant I bit into it. I then moved onto the burger, with my expectations set very high. I take a big bite of the famous Zinger Burger, and tears rolled down my eyes like butterflies dancing in the cool spring breeze. The juice was uncontrollably went everywhere as I finish my bite. This shattered my expectations and set the bar even greater than it was before. I paired the gravy with both portions of the food I was served and it simply enhanced the flavor while adding a smooth mouth feel. Overall, with how I experienced this wonderful establishment; It is undeniable that many that has come before me and will come after me are going to witness the renaissance of food production.

  By far the worst KFC. I worked there 15 years ago and it was just as bad. From them making us clock off when the power was out and sit down without pay to abusing me over the phone as a teen after I quite. These days it's long wait times and prices that have increased but still advertised as cheaper on the board. The team there do great and they are always so good at their jobs. Register/ front girls work as hard. It's just that higher powers need to put more money into this place to help them out.

  Review by Jason PALMER: Ordered a 3 Piece Box from KFC Moonee Ponds at 2030hrs, this is what was delivered. Dinner roll was flat and completely stale and, well I still don't know exactly what was put in the box as representation of chicken but it appeared to be mostly uncooked. Took it back to Moonee Ponds, the girl at the counter was lovely if a little embarrassed when I produced the roll and I accept that they cannot produce a refund if ordered through Uber Eats, the manager could not have been any less interested in what I produced to him. I asked him if he would serve the dinner roll to his family and he quickly said No, as well as the poor people awaiting their orders. No apologies offered, no offers to compensate (with actual chicken). He just didn't seem to get the concept that even though Uber Eats delivered, his staff packed the box with the stale squashed roll and whatever the hell else that was to give to the delivery driver. The Franchisee's should be ashamed of the standards of this restaurant. Just not good enough. A quick sprint up the road to KFC Keilor Road, produced a 3 piece box, fantastic, friendly customer service even though they were closing. Go there people.....
