  I initially had my doubts about whether Hypoxi would work for me or if it was just another FAD! Sitting in a machine for 30 minutes to help lose fat around atryour love handles and thighs just didn’t make sense to me BUT I was wrong! I am absolutely blown away with my results and highly recommend it to anyone else struggling with those hard to lose areas. The girls are at Hypoxi Moonee Ponds are so amazing, it’s like catching up with friends. Give it a go!

  2 years ago I was in a horse riding accident that left me bed ridden for 3 months and 10 kilos heavier. I tried all types of weird diets once I got better, gym etc.. but I just couldn’t shed the weight I had packed on. I decided to make some changes and head over to the Hypoxi in Moonee ponds, they were extremely welcoming, supportive of my situation and patient. They took me through the small and healthy changes that needed to be made in conjunction with hypoxi and showed me some alternative recipes. 16 sessions and 2 months later I have gone from 69 kilos down to 59; This has changed my life completely. Not only has it taken pressure off my previous back injury, I feel amazing physically and mentally. I want to thank the team so much for all their time and effort put into ensuring I am following a program of 3 sessions per week and for assisting me in achieving, what I first thought was to be impossible, a possible goal. Thank you!!

  I was doubtful at first whether Hypoxi would really achieve the results I was told. I started on the 19th of September at 73.7 and this morning weighed 69.4 and have lost considerable cm’s over my body. I couldn’t be happier with my results. You will feel welcomed from the moment you step through the door, each and everyone of the staff are on another level of lovely. They have made this experience that much better. Highly recommend Hypoxi Moonee Ponds, what a fantastic and friendly service! Five stars just isn’t enough!

  I went along and tried Hypoxi at Hypoxi Moonee Ponds.
  
  What’s Hypoxi?…before I went I didn’t know what Hypoxi was either! It’s a training concept combining alternating high and low pressure with exercise to help circulation and target fat in the lower body.
  
  When I first went in I noticed the exercise machines. They look quite different to regular gym ones. The one I used was like an exercise bike with my lower body contained in a pod. I was monitored so I was exercising within my fat burning zone. The session went for 30 minutes and was comfortable (although a little funny at first being in the pod!!). I was also given nutrition guidance to follow.
  
  I was happy with the experience and their salon and staff are lovely.
  
  A series of sessions and following the nutritional guidelines is recommended to see results. I think this would suit those who are willing to try something different or those who would like to exercise in more private environments.
