  Better deals out there. I've been a customer for over 10 years and the remotes have always been sticky and non responsive. Sending me the 3rd remote I've had and I know it will make no difference. Want to charge me $185 to upgrade to a new box, pretty rich to charge such a fee to enable me reliable access to the service I pay for. Was on 2 chats today, asked about how to leave feedback. Consultant said a survey would be in email then immediately disconnected chat, sure enough no survey in email. I will look at alternative sport streaming services now as I only really have Foxtel for a few things

  Have been a long time Foxtel customer but find them increasingly poor value especially as for every 5mins of viewing you get 5 mins of advertisements. Moving to alternative sources of entertainment and only a matter of time before I cancel myself subscription all together.

  Limited programs. Poor range of product. I have complained. Deaf ears. Simply not interested in a loyal subscriber going back to the inception of satellite. Namely Galaxy.
  So for 40 years of paying my subscription I am advised by a young Philipino call person that she is sorry. No action on my complaint.
  The IQ boxes are being returned in droves.
  Don't waist your time with this mob. Hopeless.

  Disappointing experience with Foxtel. I decided to take advantage of an offer they had for new and reactivating customers by reactivating my account. The system continued to give me an error code because I was an existing customer, except I wasn't. So I used Foxtel chat, he said I'd get a call - I didn't. Then I rang the next day, they referred me back to Foxtel chat. So I went on chat, got transferred to a different chat, only to be given a different number to call. I rang that number and she basically said if you sign into your account (which you HAVE TO DO), the system will think you're an existing customer

  Been with Foxtel for many years. So I had great things to say about them. Then my package went up by $25 and so I was forced to cancel. Simply couldn’t afford. They don’t care about existing customers - they’re just interested in signing up new ones. I tried to stay but they weren’t interested.
