    The service department team delivered EXCELLENT service. Thank you very much!
    It is great to deal with a team that is genuinely willing to help. They were prompt, assisted me over the phone then booked my vehicle in emmediately. I'm pleased to say that they sorted the issue within 3 hours from the time I contacted them. Their actions clearly demonstrate how much they value their customers.

    If I could give zero stars I would. We booked a service a month prior, including a loan car with all details provided. Arriving on the day of the service we were told our car was not booked in and that they have no loan cars available. The soonest we could book in again was another 2-4 weeks away and there would still be no loan car available. The man at reception was extremely unhelpful and we didn’t even receive an apology for the efforts we had gone to. Very disappointed and will not be returning. Recommend deer park Skoda who provide confirmation texts and follow up.

    I had struggled to find the right car for quite a while. I spoke to Brett at Essendon Skoda and he couldn't have been more helpful. I didn't commit to a car that first day but when I was ready to pull the trigger I called Brett and went back in for a chat.
    He really made the whole experience so relaxed and easy. I settled on the Octavia Limited Edition and Brett was right, it is the perfect car for me.
    I couldn't recommend these guys more. Great service and impeccable cars!
